Joyfold policies
Abuse Policy
Joyfold accepts structured reports about harmful, deceptive, infringing, or illegal gift content and sends them to restricted human review.
Effective July 26, 2026
What you can report
- Fraud or scams
- Harassment or threats
- Impersonation
- Copyright or trademark concerns
- Child-safety concerns
- Other illegal content or violations of Joyfold’s Terms
How to report a gift
Select Report this gift on the published recipient page. You do not need an account and do not need to unwrap the gift. The report form identifies the gift internally, so do not paste a recipient URL or URL fragment into the description.
Reports accept text only. Do not submit attachments, screenshots, gift codes, decryption keys, ciphertext, or more personal information than needed. An email address is optional for an ordinary report.
Urgent situations and legal notices
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Use the child-safety or harassment-and-threat category for an urgent safety concern so it can be prioritized.
The ordinary report form is not a complete formal copyright or other legal notice process. Include a contact email if follow-up is needed, or use the monitored abuse contact below. Do not send secret gift credentials by email.
What happens after a report
A report is placed in a restricted review queue. Submission does not automatically delete or suppress a gift. A reviewer may suppress a gift promptly while preserving the minimum information needed to review the allegation. Suppressed, expired, missing, and deleted gifts all use the same unavailable experience.
Joyfold may contact a reporter who supplied an email address. We may preserve or disclose report information when required by valid legal process or reasonably necessary for safety, law enforcement, or protection of rights. Review the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Abuse contact
Joyfold’s monitored abuse email address has not yet been configured. Gift-specific reports can still be submitted from a published gift page. Public gift creation must remain disabled until a monitored address and human owner are assigned.
